Summary

Job Title: Data Coordination Analyst

Location-Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Coordination Analyst to support data collection, validation, organization, reporting, and coordination across teams. The role will ensure that data is accurate, up to date, and available to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain data from various internal and external sources.
Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Coordinate with different teams to resolve data discrepancies and missing information.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, trackers, and data records.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
Monitor data updates and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, errors, and inconsistencies.
Maintain data documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support data audits and quality-control activities.
Assist with data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation activities when required.
Respond to data-related queries from internal stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate handling and confidentiality of business data.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and lookups.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
