Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA strategy and execution for AI/ML and data-driven applications
Design and implement test frameworks for validating machine learning models
Define test strategies for model validation, including accuracy, precision, recall, and bias detection
Perform functional, regression, performance, and data validation testing
Validate data pipelines (ETL), data quality, and data integrity
Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Developers
Ensure testing coverage for model training, inference, and deployment pipelines
Implement test automation frameworks for APIs, UI, and backend systems
Lead defect management, root cause analysis, and quality reporting
Mentor QA team members and drive best practices in quality engineering
Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing in Agile environments

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing / Quality Engineering
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts:

Supervised & Unsupervised Learning
Model evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score)
Bias, fairness, and explainability

Hands-on experience in testing ML models and data pipelines
Strong experience in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Proficiency in Python or Java for automation
Experience with SQL and data validation techniques
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
