Agentforce Architect

Overview

We are seeking an Agentforce Architect / Engineer to design and implement AI‑driven solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. This role will focus on building intelligent, enterprise‑grade agents that automate workflows, enhance customer and employee experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role requires strong experience in both consulting and hands-on implementation, including leading discovery sessions, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and delivering production-ready agents. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong technical and architectural skills, and experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and implementation
• Proven experience designing and implementing Agentforce solutions, including agents, topics, actions, and guardrails
• Strong consulting experience including client-facing discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Hands-on experience building within Salesforce (Flows, automation, data models, and integrations)
• Strong understanding of AI/agent lifecycle including design, build, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (APIs, ERP systems, data platforms, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and scalability best practices
• Must have Agentforce certification(s) (e.g., Agentforce Specialist)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams

Pluses

• Additional Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Architect-level)
• Experience with Data Cloud, prompt engineering, or AI grounding techniques
• Experience implementing AI/agentic solutions in enterprise environments
• Background in consulting or working with large-scale digital transformation programs
• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce)
• Experience designing governance, compliance, and security frameworks for AI solutions

Day to Day

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify Agentforce use cases and define solution roadmaps
• Design and architect Agentforce solutions including agent roles, topics, actions, and guardrails
• Build and configure AI agents within Salesforce using low-code and custom development tools
• Develop integrations between Agentforce and enterprise systems to enable data-driven workflows
• Collaborate with product, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Define and execute testing strategies to validate agent performance prior to deployment
• Support UAT, deployment, and go-live activities to ensure production readiness
• Optimize agent performance and continuously improve accuracy, behavior, and adoption
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design sessions, and code reviews
