We are seeking an Infrastructure Planning Manager to lead the Infrastructure Capacity Strategy and Governance function, responsible for providing centralized oversight of infrastructure demand, capacity readiness, and hardware supply across server and cloud environments.\n\nThis role serves as a strategic coordination point across infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, and data center operations, ensuring the organization maintains a clear, forward-looking view of infrastructure capacity needs and risks. \n\nAs infrastructure planning increasingly relies on automation and AI-driven analytics, this role focuses on governance, strategic interpretation of capacity insights, and cross-organizational alignment. The manager will guide capacity-planning discipline across teams, translate infrastructure demand into actionable investment priorities, and ensure that hardware supply and infrastructure readiness support the company's growth.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\nStrong experience in infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, capacity planning, or technical program leadership \nExperience coordinating cross-team planning initiatives in complex infrastructure environments\nAbility to translate infrastructure data and analytics into strategic insights for senior leadership\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
7-10+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, capacity planning, or technical program leadership \nStrong understanding of AI/ML, compute infrastructure, cloud platforms, and large-scale distributed systems\nHybrid infrastructure environments spanning data center and cloud platforms\nInfrastructure planning, capacity governance, or infrastructure strategy functions\nExperience working with infrastructure telemetry, observability platforms, or capacity analytics tools\nExposure to AI-driven analytics or automated infrastructure planning systems
