Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance digital experience solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep expertise across AEM core components, integrations, and enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performing AEM architecture solutions
- Lead end-to-end AEM implementations (Sites, Assets, integrations)
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and design
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Drive best practices in AEM architecture, development, and coding standards
- Build and integrate systems using REST APIs and microservices
- Optimize platform performance (dispatcher, caching, CDN configurations)
- Define and support CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments
- Work with cloud environments (AWS or similar platforms)
- Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery quality
Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise
- Experience with AEM 6.4 / 6.5 or AEM as a Cloud Service
- Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale AEM implementations
- Deep expertise in:
- Apache Sling
- OSGi / Apache Felix
- Oak repository
- HTL (Sightly)
- Strong Java and REST API development experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- AEM Sites and Assets
- Dispatcher configuration and caching
- CDN integration
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms
Preferred
- Adobe Certified AEM Architect
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
- Knowledge of headless AEM / API-driven architectures
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
