Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Client: States of Texas
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
Looking for a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) with strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and testing.
Must have government project experience and be available for an in-person interview in Austin, TX.
Responsible for analyzing and documenting current systems, defining future-state requirements, and supporting system migration from Microsoft Forms/PowerAutomate/Excel/PowerBI to Jotform.
Lead requirements workshops, create detailed documentation (FRD, RTM, process maps), and collaborate with technical teams.
Perform gap analysis, identify process improvements, and provide recommendations.
Support UAT, test planning, and validation of system functionality.
Strong experience with Excel, PowerBI, and data analysis tools required.
Knowledge of SDLC, BABOK, and business process reengineering is essential.
