Summary

We are seeking a senior Data Warehouse Architect to lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and enterprise data infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, migrating legacy workloads, and ensuring high standards of data quality and governance across a complex environment.

Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within 120 miles only)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Mondays & Tuesdays | Remote Wed Fri)

Interview Process: In-person interview in Lansing, MI (Mandatory)

Core Technical Requirements

IBM Cloud Pak for Data: 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience.
IBM Knowledge Catalog: 5+ years of experience, including migrating IBM DataStage workloads to Cloud Pak for Data.
IBM Manta: 5+ years of hands-on experience with data lineage and metadata.
Data Architecture: Expert in defining standards, patterns, and best practices for enterprise data lakes and warehouses.
ETL Development: Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions and KPI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support Data Management architecture and software.
Implement enterprise data lakes, data marts, and business analytics solutions.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data is accurate, congruent, and accessible.
Mentor and train clients on using data as an analytical tool.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working within large-scale public sector or government environments.
