Role Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Solution Architect with a specialty in Source-to-Pay processes, primarily focusing on the integration of Oracle Fusion ERP within our corporate financial systems and the deployment of Coupa for S2P operations. The ideal candidate will possess the strategic vision and analytical prowess to design and implement a robust S2P architecture that seamlessly integrates with Oracle Fusion ERP. This pivotal role involves forming the future architecture's foundation, influencing critical design choices, and affirming that the end solution abides by both functional demands and overarching enterprise guidelines.
Key Duties:
- Spearhead the conception and delineation of the S2P system architecture.
- Dictate standardized Coupa to Oracle Fusion ERP integration schemas and supervise their realization.
- Craft high-level and granular architecture documentation, inclusive of diagrams and models.
- Collaborate intensively with teams in Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected.
- Provide authoritative oversight over the design elements pertaining to both functionality and technicality.
- Validate adherence to established enterprise architecture norms and security mandates.
- Assess external tools, integration vectors, and potential middleware solutions.
- Offer directional guidance to the development teams throughout the entire lifecycle, from assembly to testing and delivery stages.
- Identify potential risks within the S2P framework and suggest feasible countermeasures.
- Contribute to the strategic planning, sequencing, and implementation roadmap for the sweeping ERP system transformation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, catering to expansive ERP or SaaS system overhauls.
• Proficient in S2P applications, with prior involvement in Coupa being highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in integrating SaaS applications through current methodologies such as RESTful APIs, event-centric integration, or middleware use.
• In-depth familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP (covering Finance and/or Procurement), with direct engagement in devising solutions that incorporate Oracle ERP and external platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in coupling Oracle ERP with SaaS S2P services (Coupa experience is advantageous, but familiarity with analogous S2P solutions is sufficient).
• Background in transitioning from Oracle PeopleSoft Finance to Oracle ERP SaaS is an asset.
• Experience integrating S2P workflows with tax processing systems is beneficial.
• Strong grasp of pivotal data constructs within Finance and S2P, including transaction workflows and process design.
• Confident in producing coherent and digestible architectural diagrams and documentation for a diverse audience.
• Established record of steering multifaceted architecture conversations and influencing solution resolutions.
• Versed in cloud security protocols, integration best practices, and SaaS ecosystem compliance guidelines.
• Exceptional communication abilities, adept at facilitation and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Prior exposure to tools such as Draw.io and LeanIX is a plus.
