Job Title: Product Designer - Specialized
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a design professional to support product development from early concept through to final documentation. Our team is looking for someone who can collaborate across functions, contribute strong creative thinking, and help turn ideas into practical product outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product ideas that align with performance goals, consumer needs, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product creation and cross-functional teams to shape new concepts and support development work.
- Define testing needs, establish scope, and help validate concepts through research and engineering activities.
- Lead innovation work, create final documentation, and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience, or an acceptable alternative combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of footwear design experience preferred.
- Strong collaborative approach, Adobe expertise, and product creation knowledge, including construction and build processes.
- Solution-oriented mindset and people management skills required.
- Preferred experience includes 3D rendering skills, prior experience with a similar competitor, and consumer or market acumen.
