SAP MM/WM Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior SAP MM/WM Analyst to support and enhance our SAP Supply Chain landscape. This role requires much more than a functional configurator, we are looking for someone who can understand the broader business objectives, ask thoughtful questions, identify root causes, and develop scalable solution architectures.

The ideal candidate combines deep SAP Materials Management (MM) expertise with strong Warehouse Management (WM) knowledge and the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Experience with Quality Management (QM) and Logistics Execution (LE) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and define solution strategies.
• Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Develop solution designs, architecture recommendations, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as the functional expert for SAP MM and WM while collaborating with technical teams on implementation and support activities.
• Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams, translating business needs into functional solutions.
• Lead root cause analysis and recommend scalable, long-term solutions rather than tactical fixes.
• Create high-quality functional specifications and other project deliverables.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices across the SAP Supply Chain landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Strong experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand the "big picture."
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right business questions.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience creating solution designs, architecture documentation, functional specifications, and other project work products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Experience with SAP Logistics Execution (LE).
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience participating in SAP implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiative
