Required Skills

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field; or equivalent industry experience in applied AI research
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience developing deep learning and machine learning models, with a focus on AI applications in identity, security, or risk
• Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions at scale, including familiarity with infrastructure, monitoring, and observability
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, with expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, graph neural networks, and advanced ML techniques
• Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and innovate in AI research

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with natural language processing, large language models, or conversational AI systems
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, deployment into production, and lifecycle management
• Knowledge of identity verification, fraud detection, or regulatory compliance with high-quality, regulated data
• Publications or presentations at top-tier AI conferences or journals
• Experience with voice AI, natural language interfaces, or integrated AI solutions in enterprise settings

Preferred Education and Experience

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 3-6 years of applied AI research and development experience, with a focus on deep learning, graph analytics, or related domains
• Prior exposure to working in a fast-paced environment with recent AI technologies (last 1-2 years)
