Position: AI Copilot Engineer

Location: Atlanta,GA (Hybrid)

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience building AI agents/copilots in production or advanced prototypes (not just prompt writing).
Proven ability to work independently: self-driven, proactive, and able to operate with ambiguity.
SME-level ownership: can think through multiple approaches, tradeoffs, constraints, and execute the best path.
Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration, such as:

LangChain / LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Assistants-style tool calling, or comparable.

Experience with RAG and grounding:

Vector databases, hybrid search, chunking strategies, metadata filtering, reranking, citations.

Strong software engineering fundamentals:

API design, data structures, error handling, concurrency, testing, performance tuning.

Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
Experience integrating with tools/APIs and building secure services (auth, secrets management, access controls).
Excellent communication able to explain complex concepts and influence decisions across technical/non-technical stakeholders.
