We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI-powered applications using .NET, React, Azure, and modern Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack engineering expertise along with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, and scalable cloud-native architectures. This is a leadership role responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering intelligent AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale full-stack applications using .NET and React
• Architect scalable microservices and AI-enabled backend platforms
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows including RAG, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes
• Integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI services into production-grade .NET applications
• Build responsive React applications supporting AI copilots, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and intelligent dashboards
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the technology stack
• Lead technical discussions, mentor development teams, and promote knowledge sharing
• Manage project priorities, delivery timelines, technical risks, and stakeholder communication
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, .NET ecosystem updates, and modern React development practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service
• Experience integrating Machine Learning models into enterprise applications
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Cursor and Claude
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search)
• Knowledge of Semantic Kernel or Microsoft AI ecosystem
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments
• Strong understanding of secure AI application development and Responsible AI practices
