Summary

Trilogy NextGen is scaling its IT Staffing division to meet the specialized needs of the financial world. As the BFSI sector undergoes massive digital transformation—integrating AI, blockchain, and private high-speed networking—the need for elite technical talent has never been higher. We are seeking a Business Development Manager with deep roots in the financial services ecosystem to drive our staffing sales and expand our footprint in the USA.


Key Responsibilities

  • BFSI Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities within major banks, investment firms, insurance providers, and fintech startups.

  • Consultative Selling: Position Trilogy NextGen’s staffing capabilities as a solution for BFSI-specific challenges, such as legacy system modernization, cybersecurity, and cloud migration.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build long-term relationships with CTOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and Talent Acquisition leaders in the financial sector.

  • Pipeline Management: Drive the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to RFP response and contract execution.

  • Talent Liaison: Work with our recruitment teams to define the specific technical and compliance requirements (e.g., FINRA, GDPR, SOC2 knowledge) needed for BFSI placements.

Required Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales specifically focused on the BFSI sector.

  • Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss staffing needs for roles involving AI-driven analytics, high-frequency trading infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data engineering.

  • Proven Results: A consistent track record of opening and growing large-scale accounts within the financial services industry.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the BFSI sector and how it impacts IT hiring and project deployment.

  • Network: An active and transferable network of contacts within the US banking and insurance landscape.
