Client is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lead Developer with strong MuleSoft integration experience to support a large-scale Commercial Credit platform consisting of 30+ integrations. The ideal candidate should be stronger on Salesforce (60%) and have solid MuleSoft expertise (40%).


 Must-Have Skills

  • Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Integration Patterns)
  • MuleSoft Development (Mule 4, Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, API-led Connectivity)
  • Salesforce & MuleSoft Architecture knowledge
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • SQL and Data Integration
  • Informatica or other enterprise integration tools
  • Production Support, Debugging & Root Cause Analysis
  • Agile/SAFe Environment

What the Manager Wants

  • Strong Salesforce developer first, MuleSoft developer second
  • Hands-on coding experience, not just administration or support
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Understanding of end-to-end system architecture
  • Banking/Financial Services background preferred
  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions is a plus
