Summary

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned QA professional with expertise in QA methodologies, test automation, and project management, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, implement, and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices aligned with frameworks like ISTQB, CMMI, and ISO
Own QA strategy, test governance, and quality KPIs across projects
Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test cases, traceability matrices)
Drive continuous improvement across QA processes, tools, and automation practices
Manage QA projects end-to-end including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution
Create detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, deliverables, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure quality delivery

Required Skills:

Strong experience in QA methodologies, test planning, and automation
Experience in QA governance and quality metrics/KPIs
Hands-on experience in project management frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
