About the Role

In this role, you will consult on complex, large-scale initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering, focusing on advanced Generative AI solutions. You will analyze and resolve multi-faceted engineering challenges that require deep technical expertise and strategic thinking. This position involves collaboration with client stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet compliance and performance standards.
Responsibilities

Provide expert consultation on complex software engineering projects with broad organizational impact.
Review and analyze large-scale or long-term engineering challenges, considering multiple factors and unprecedented scenarios.
Develop strategies and contribute to resolving intricate technical issues requiring a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
Drive innovation in Generative AI applications and agent development.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent experience through a combination of:
- Professional work or consulting
- Training or education
- Military experience
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

Prompt Engineering
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, ADK
Knowledge of MCP, A2A
Building and deploying Generative AI Agents
Conducting evaluations of Generative AI models and systems
