Job Description:
Principal Duties
:
· Possess a Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience
in Coupa Implementation, Experience working with business leaders
and users across multiple teams with in depth knowledge in Source to
pay (S2P)
· Should be Subject Matter expert in implementation, Design, follow best
practices and have hands on experience in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier
Information Management, Supplier onboarding, Procurement, Invoicing
and Payment functions.
· Identify and recommend system improvements and optimizations to
drive efficiencies within the end-to-end Source to Pay process.
· Collaborate closely with the vendor master team during vendor
onboarding and provide continuous improvements on onboarding
process.
· Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities across the business by
leveraging Coupa Advantage.
· Provide technical insights and recommendations to ensure that
applications are scalable across facilities, maintainable, and aligned
with the organization’s long-term goals.
· Gather & analyze business requirements: Working closely with
Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Master and AP teams to understand
their business needs, pain points, and come up with desired outcomes.
· Document & prioritize business requirements: Document business
requirements clearly. Create user stories and use cases. Assess
prioritization of requests based on business impact, ease of delivery,
ROI, and compliance.
· Design solutions: Translate business requirements into technical
specifications. Consider out-of-the-box/best practice application
configuration options and, if needed, customizations/enhancements to
the application.
· Implement Solutions: Work closely with the IT team to develop, test,
and deploy solutions. Coordinate activities with the business teams to
test solutions and ensure solving the desired business outcomes.
· Collaborate: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-
technical stakeholders. Explain technical and application capabilities to
the business teams. Translate business requirements to the technical
teams.
