Job Description:

Job Summary

Lead and oversee the Financial Systems Business Support function, ensuring stable and effective operation of finance systems
Act as the senior escalation point for complex system, data, and process issues
Partner with Finance leadership to align financial systems with business strategy and priorities
Own system governance, configuration standards, and control frameworks
Manage and prioritize system incidents, enhancements, and change requests
Lead systemrelated activities for monthend
Drive standardization of finance processes
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and signoff from a finance perspective
Ensure data integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and crosssystem consistency
Act as key liaison between Finance, IT, vendors, and local finance teams
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures
Coach, mentor, and guide team members, providing functional leadership and direction
Track and report key KPIs related to system performance, issues, and delivery

Key Skills & Experience

Strong endtoend understanding of finance and accounting processes
Extensive experience with financial or ERP systems in a business support or productowner role
Proven ability to lead system changes and crossfunctional initiatives
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High awareness of financial controls, audit, and risk management

Education

Bachelor's / Master s degree in accounting/finance
At least 5 years of experience
