Summer 2026 Traffic Engineering Internship program supporting our

What You'll Be Doing:- Assist in traffic engineering studies, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the development of traffic signal designs, signing and marking plans, and traffic control plans.
- Perform traffic modeling and simulation using industry-standard software.
- Contribute to safety analyses and operational assessments for roadway and intersection projects.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
What Qualifications You'll Bring:- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's engineering program with a focus on civil or transportation engineering at an accredited college or university.
- Relevant coursework in traffic engineering, transportation planning, or roadway design is preferred.
- Familiarity with traffic engineering software such as Synchro, VISSIM, or HCS is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CAD software (MicroStation or AutoCAD preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is desirable.
- Prior internship experience in traffic or transportation engineering is preferred but not required.
