Job description

Role: Business Data Analyst

Exp Level 6-10 Yrs

Positions: 4

Location -3 days between : Jersey City & Parsippany, NJ (hybrid)

Must-Have:

5 + years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.

Proficient with SQL, Query optimization, Analytical queries

Business requirement gatherings, Source-to-target mappings (STTM)

Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization

Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain, policy and claims lifecycle

Excellent Communication skills, and experience working with stakeholders and business SMEs

Nice to Have-

Snowflake

Data Vault 2.0, Data Modeling

Data Integration and Data migration projects
