Summary

Position Title: Sr Data Engineer
Location: Strongsville, OH 44136 (5 days in office)
Contract: 6 months with potential for extension
NOTE: The candidate must be local to Cleveland, OH and must be authorized to work on W2.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Working within Hadoop Technology Stack and Python programming to build consumer and production apps.

Must Have Technical Skills: • Hadoop Platform utilities - Hive, Oozie, Yarn, Impala, HDFS, Hbase-Hue, Beeline • Python and Shell Programming (PySpark) - Python 2.7, 3.0 • DSP (Data Streaming Platform) - Kafka Confluent • Core Java - IntelliJ with SBT or Maven • Spark - Core, SQL • Confluence, Jira • Service Now • Gitbub, Jenkins, Udeploy, Artifactory.

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: • CA7
