This role sits at the heart of modern analytics work, supporting enterprise Power BI models and a cloud-based data warehouse built on Azure Databricks. • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 140-150k

What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performing Power BI semantic models that support reporting, analytics, and decision-making
• Develop and optimize star and snowflake schemas, including fact and dimension tables aligned to business needs
• Create accurate and efficient DAX measures following performance and modeling best practices
• Contribute to a cloud-based data warehouse in Azure Databricks, building transformations using SQL and or PySpark
• Partner with BI developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable analytical models

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications

• 2 5 years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or analytics-focused role, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong Power BI data modeling experience, including DAX development and performance tuning
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and transformation
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses or Lakehouse architectures, including Databricks concepts
• Experience working with large, complex datasets where accuracy and performance matter
