Responsibilities                                                                                                                     

• Implementation of different Kinaxis rapid response modules like demand planning, MPS and aggregate supply planning, capacity planning, Inventory planning
• Capability to design supply chain planning solution, map requirements to functionality provided by Kinaxis Rapid Response and implement the process flows with Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Configuration of PDR’s rapid response resources in each of these applications like worksheets, alerts, metrics, scorecards, etc.
• Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation.
• Provide a detailed Solution Design for Enhancements, Change Requests in the various modules deployed.
• Provide Support to the technical team for development and testing.
• Assist in UAT processes
• Collaborate with Business teams, Business Analysts, Technical Developers
• Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces

Skill competencies

• The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning, at least 10 years and 4-5 years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Kinaxis rapid response Author Level 3 / Solution Consultant Level 3 desirable
• Must have experience with at least 3 Rapid Response implementations
• Ability to configure workbooks, worksheets, Reports, Forms and Scripts in Rapid Response based on solution design requirements
• Excellent understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response data model, key control settings and analytics.
• Experience with integration of legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members to understand requirement and discuss design options
• Guide the team on development of test plans and test cases, unit testing of solution, issue resolution and user acceptance testing
• Exposure in maintenance of Kinaxis solution and Environments
• Expertise to supply chain planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, etc.).
• Excellent Business Process knowledge on new Kinaxis implementation for existing business and from a Support and Sustenance standpoint.
• Domain knowledge on Pharma/Hi-tech/Manufacturing etc preferable
• Experience managing user roles and security
• Ability to explain the functionality in RR and explain the plan outputs based on configurations
• Should have created extensive and highly presentable user documentation and training documentation
• Experience training end users on Rapid Response is a must.
