Senior Architect – Conversational AI & Enterprise Chat Platform

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Architect – Conversational AI & Enterprise Chat Platform to lead the architecture, design, implementation, support, and optimization of an enterprise Chat Platform.

The role will focus on Conversational AI, Google Cloud Platform, Dialogflow, GECX, AI Agents, Genesys integration, distributed systems, scalability, platform stability, high availability, and low-latency architecture.

Mandatory / Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience in software engineering, system architecture, or cloud infrastructure.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and translating business capabilities into technical requirements.

• Strong experience designing and architecting large, complex enterprise Chat Platforms.

• Strong experience with Conversational AI architecture and implementation.

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

• Experience with Dialogflow.

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).

• Experience with AI Agents.

• Experience with Genesys integration / Contact Center solutions.

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.

• Experience with WebSockets and Distributed Systems Design.

• Experience designing systems for high availability, scalability, high throughput, and low latency.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services including:

  • Cloud Run

  • Pub/Sub

  • Firestore

  • BigQuery

• Experience with Cloud-Native Architecture.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging strategies.

• Experience with application security and authentication patterns.

• Ability to provide technical architecture guidance, resolve complex architectural challenges, and mentor engineering teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE / ME / BTech / MTech / B.Sc / M.Sc).

Preferred

• Experience in Health Insurance or other highly regulated industries.

• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance.

• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect.

• Sun / Oracle Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA) or equivalent.

• Agile / Project Management Certifications – CSM, SAFe, PMP.
