Collaboration Tools Integration Lead
Location: Remote from LATAM(preferrable)/US Remote
Work Hours: Must work primarily CST / PST and with US stakeholders

We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Tools Integration Lead to own the integration, migration, and transition of enterprise collaboration platforms across the organization. This role is responsible for leading large scale initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, with a strong focus on tenant/workspace migrations, identity integration, security considerations, and end user impact management.
This is a hands on delivery leadership role that requires deep involvement in planning and execution-not an infrastructure only, service desk, or change management only position.
Key Responsibilities
Own end to end integration and transition programs for collaboration platforms, including M365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Lead tenant to tenant or workspace migrations, coexistence strategies, and major collaboration tool transitions
Coordinate cross functional teams including IT, Security, IAM, HR, and business stakeholders
Plan and execute user impact cutovers, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity
Partner closely with Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams to align authentication, provisioning, and access controls
Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are addressed throughout integration and migration activities
Manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Act as the single point of accountability for collaboration tools integration outcomes
Must Have Qualifications
Senior Program Manager / Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead experience
Proven experience leading tenant or workspace migrations or large scale collaboration platform transitions
Hands on exposure to collaboration platforms such as M365, Google Workspace, Slack, and/or Zoom
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security considerations, and enterprise access models
Experience planning and managing user impact, cutover strategies, and adoption risks
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in complex environments
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting M&A driven collaboration tool integrations or post merger platform consolidation
