Senior IT Project Manager (M&A / Enterprise Initiatives)
We re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide IT initiatives supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and major facility transitions. This role drives end-to-end delivery across multiple business units, ensuring alignment between IT strategy, operational readiness, and critical transaction timelines.
You ll lead cross-functional programs, manage scope, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and ensure readiness through post-close milestones. Success requires strong governance discipline, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across business and IT.
What You ll Bring:
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT programs in M&A environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and resource planning
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced settings
- No sponsorship
- Must live in the area
Preferred: PMP, Agile tools (Jira/Azure DevOps), and facility transition experience.
