Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Leadership - Serve as the primary product point of accountability for direction, prioritization, and trade-offs across Billing & Revenue initiatives, including platform modernization and capability alignment.
- Drive alignment across product, finance, accounting, engineering, and data stakeholders, navigating dependencies and resolving ambiguity.
- Foster transparent communication and trust, enabling fast decision-making and effective collaboration across teams and domains.
Skills for Success: Core Product Management - Strong ability to define strategy, assess opportunities, and guide teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience balancing user desirability, technical feasibility, and business viability, particularly in regulated or financially sensitive domains.
Stakeholder & Leadership Skills - Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and align diverse partners across complex organizational structures.
Technical & AI Fluency - Comfort working with AI-enabled tools, data-driven insights, and modern product and engineering practices.
- Ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, actionable direction for cross-functional teams.
