Advisor III, Cloud Development role on the Midstream Business Systems team focuses on delivering innovative digital solutions and driving operational efficiencies across the Midstream organization. This position requires a strong technical foundation, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in an agile environment to support and resolve complex business software challenges. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for learning, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications that support Midstream.
- Collaborating with project teams, business analysts, enterprise architects, database administrators, and developers to design and implement solutions for business challenges.
- Automating processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Ensuring solutions meet or exceed compliance and audit requirements.
- Applying agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for code deployment and integration.
What You'll Bring - Required- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in application development, software maintenance, or related IT roles.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency designing, debugging, and supporting application software.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with testing processes, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency supporting or integrating with databases, APIs, or third-party systems.
What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Oil and Gas industry experience, particularly in Midstream operations.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of standard support concepts, practices, and procedures related to cloud technologist.
- Expertise in automating testing, monitoring, alerting, and security scans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
Compensation RangeThis position has a base salary range of $121,500 - $148,500.
