Functional Advisory role. Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management & Time Tracking Experience leading Workday implementations and global rollouts Strong functional design and solution architecture experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Certifications: Current Workday Professional Certifications in relevant functional domains.

Certified Workday Implementation experience (or Pro) certification in Time Tracking and Absence management, Payroll (US, Canada), hands-on experience in US, Canada and Europe benefits. Min. 10 years of post-cert experience is mandatory. This person to serve as functional architect cum Scrum Master who deeply understands Workday, but not required to do Workday tech config (which makes it difficult). Technically speaking, it's a tech credentials in functional advisory role.

Primary skills : Workday Responsibilities Provide post-production support and enhancement services in multiple areas of Workday HCM and serve as the subject matter expert to assist fellow team members and clients Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration Manage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue res
