Dynamics CRM MS D365 Developer

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, SQL, and integration technologies, along with experience working in Agile environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Build plugins, custom workflows, forms, entities, and web resources
• Develop using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and XRM framework
• Configure security roles, business rules, and core CRM modules (Sales, Service, Field Service)
• Integrate D365 with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Implement ETL integrations using SSIS, Scribe, or similar tools
• Work with Dataverse and external systems for seamless data exchange
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues
• Develop unit test scripts and ensure quality standards
• Maintain security, compliance, and system performance

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM / D365 development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML
• Deep knowledge of D365 CRM customization and configuration
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and source control
• Strong knowledge of CRM SDK and XRM framework
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (SSIS, Scribe)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps
