Job Details

Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: 100% Remote (Need Candidates from Midwest)
Duration: Possible conversion role after 6 months

Requirements - The developer must have at least two of the competencies listed below: -Copado Robotics Testing Experience
-Communications Clout (SFI) Experience

Job Description: Assist with design, development, and testing of applications and services in the SalesForce Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud as well as automated testing on the Copado Robotic Testing platform.  Project tasks and deliverables include, but are not limited to:
Participate in regular MS Teams Video calls, other meetings, workshops to understand business requirement, review progress that has been completed and support deployment
Implement features using Salesforce Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud related functionality such as OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and / or Flex Cards). Also Flows, Triggers, and APEX code and unit tests.
Build UI’s using core Salesforce technologies such as LWC’s, Apex, and/or Flows.

  1. Trouble-shoot and fix Salesforce Communications Cloud technology-related issues assigned through JIRA. These could include issues related to Enterprise Product Catalog, Salesforce Industries CPQ, hybrid CPQ cart, Pricing, and/or CPQ API’s.
  2. Understand different user journeys related to network ordering
    configuration and develop and/or enhance workflows.
  3. Build application features as specified or assigned, unit test developed features.
  4. Provide input and support to QA teams testing the application.

 

Deliverable Completion Standards:

  1. Development will be done using Kanban methodologies with a regular release schedule; typically every two weeks. Development will include development, unit testing, automated testing, and functional testing of each feature.
  2. Developer will complete development reviews at the completion of feature or defect to validate and provide feedback on the functionality to be delivered in the configured Application.
  3. Contractor will be responsible for Build, Unit Test, Functional Testing, and support deployment of Salesforce objects to other Salesforce instances.
