job summary:
Provide L2/L3 production support for CLEO-based EDI and MFT integrations, including proactive monitoring, incident triage, and issue resolution.
Analyze and troubleshoot EDI transactions, file transfers, mappings, and partner connectivity issues to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Perform log analysis, reprocessing, restart jobs, and data validation to ensure successful and timely file exchanges.
Coordinate with clients, internal development teams, and external party to drive issue resolution and provide clear status updates.
Support defect fixes, configuration changes, and enhancement deployments in collaboration with other teams and release teams.
Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles, and contribute to continuous improvement of CLEO support processes and SLAs.

qualifications:
Key "Must-Have" Skills:
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) - 2 to 3 years
MFT (Managed File Transfer) - 2 to 3 years
Cleo Platform Configuration & Support - 2 to 3 years
"Nice-to-Have" Skills:
Logistics Industry Experience
L3 Production Support experience
Experience with Defect Fixes and Enhancement Deployments
