Day-to-Day Job Duties (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management across modules such as Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and translate them into scalable D365 SCM solutions.
Drive solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, QA) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
Provide functional leadership to consultants, review designs, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Support pre-sales activities including solution walkthroughs, effort estimations, and proposal inputs.
Lead UAT, training, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.
Basic Qualifications (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain processes with 5+ years working on D365 SCM implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, Production).
Minimum 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring functional teams.
Experience with integrations, data migration, and supply chain transformations.
Exposure to pre-sales, estimations, and client-facing solution design is preferred.
Degree
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
