Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle enterprise IT projects involving business processes, integration, and large global teams.
  • Experience collaborating across IT teams, vendors, business units, and support groups to coordinate project activities.
  • Experience communicating project status to key stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience:
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and executing all project phases.
  • Experience delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality.
  • Experience developing comprehensive end-to-end project plans.
  • Experience in risk and issue management.
  • Experience with project planning tools.
  • Experience in Cloud services and integration solutions preferred.
  • Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects in alignment with established project management methodology.
  • Collaborate across IT teams, vendors, business units, and support groups to coordinate project activities.
  • Deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end project plans.
  • Prioritize deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Apply best practices in planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, communication, documentation, and change control.
  • Prepare and present project materials for reviews and governance meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead workshops, align requirements to deliverables, and ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct meetings, document minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Should Have:
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or CSM.
  • Strong alignment between business processes and IT solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executives and project teams.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer success.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
Skills:
  • Waterfall and Scrum methodologies.
  • Project planning and scheduling.
  • Risk and issue management.
  • Stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • Workshop facilitation and requirement alignment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
