Senior Odessa LeaseWave Technical Consultant (Auto Finance & Leasing)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odessa LeaseWave Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in configuring, supporting, and maintaining the Odessa LeaseWave platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leasing and lending modules, production support, system integrations, SQL, and financial services domain knowledge, particularly in Auto Finance, Commercial Finance, or Captive Finance.

This role will act as the primary technical point of contact (SPOC) for Odessa platform configuration, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support while collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver high-quality leasing solutions.

Experience

• 5+ Years of experience with the Odessa LeaseWave platform.
• Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or AMS (Application Management Services) environments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Odessa (LeaseWave) modules, including:
  • Origination
  • Contracts
  • Billing
  • Assets
  • Accounting
  • End-of-Term
• Serve as the Technical SPOC for platform setup, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to lease lifecycle processing, billing, accounting, funding, and collections.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and development teams to implement Odessa configurations and customizations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Odessa platform.
• Support REST/SOAP integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Write SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and recommend long-term solutions.
• Ensure platform stability, regulatory compliance, and adherence to client-specific business rules.
• Participate in release management, system upgrades, and environment support.
• Work within an onshore/offshore delivery model while coordinating with global teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the Odessa LeaseWave platform.
• Strong experience in leasing, lending, or loan servicing modules.
• Experience in Auto Finance, Commercial Finance, or Captive Finance.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an AMS or Production Support environment.
• Ability to work independently with global cross-functional teams.
