We're seeking an
Infrastructure-focused Technical Product Manager to support Credit Union Hosting & Onboarding Services. This role sits at the intersection of
IT infrastructure, product definition, and client communication, ensuring successful onboarding and expansion of
hosted private cloud environments for credit union clients.
This is
not an application PM, marketing PM, or purely strategic role. Success depends on
hands-on infrastructure experience and the ability to
translate complex technical environments into clear, client-ready offerings.
No commercial pricing or cloud sales experience required
What You'll Do- Define and package infrastructure hosting offerings for new and prospective credit union clients
- Design, document, and maintain:
- Hosting options and service tiers
- Environment configurations
- Infrastructure menus and service catalogs
- Translate infrastructure complexity (architecture, dependencies, constraints) into:
- Clear, sales-ready explanations
- Accurate internal documentation to support onboarding and scoping
- Partner with Sales and Implementation to ensure accurate pricing and effort estimates (no pricing ownership required)
- Act as a technical bridge between:
- Infrastructure teams
- Sales
- Serve as a trusted technical partner in client-facing conversations, supporting selling and upselling motions
What You Will Not Be Doing- Hands-on server builds or datacenter operations
- Owning application features, UI/UX, or application roadmaps
- Leading marketing-driven product initiatives
- Building go-to-market strategy without deep infrastructure involvement
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)Hands-On Infrastructure ExperienceCandidates must have
direct, professional experience working with IT infrastructure-not just stakeholder exposure. This includes experience with:
- Virtual server hosting environments (VMware, Hyper-V, private cloud platforms)
- Datacenter or private cloud infrastructure
- Core infrastructure components:
- Servers
- Storage
- Networking
- Capacity planning
Ideal Skills- Technical Product Management or Technical Product Lead experience
- Infrastructure, systems, or solutions architecture
- Experience supporting hosted environments or managed services
- Comfortable translating technical detail for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Anaheim, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
