Micro Focus COBOL / Net COBOL Developer

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled Micro Focus COBOL / Net COBOL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Micro Focus COBOL and Net COBOL, along with hands-on experience in SQL, Unix or Linux environments, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016. Knowledge of System Z - Enterprise COBOL is also required. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have experience in application support, maintenance, and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Micro Focus COBOL and Net COBOL
• Work with SQL databases and Unix or Linux environments
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
• Provide application support, maintenance, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed
• Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
