Description
Our client pharmaceutical client is seeking a talented UX Designer to lead the user experience strategy, design, and implementation for Power BI dashboard projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to deliver intuitive, impactful, and visually appealing dashboard solutions that meet users' business needs. This role calls for a seasoned UX leader who can navigate complex functional and business nuances within a highly intricate market access ecosystem, synthesize the needs of diverse user personas, and translate them into a cohesive, connected prototype vision that informs the broader experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and user feedback to define dashboard UX goals and workflows
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes tailored for Power BI and Custom (reactJS) dashboard interfaces
Ensure dashboards are visually clear, accessible, and optimized for user experience
Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs effectively
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
Establish and promote UX/UI design best practices, templates, and standards for dashboards
Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and project teams

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
