Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic US payments transformation initiatives.
  • Shape operating models, plans, roadmaps, governance, and executive decision materials.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external financial partners; manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; and improve efficiency, resilience, controls, and operational sustainability.

Required:

  • Must be able to go to Miami or New York City office.
  • 12+ years in payments, fintech, financial services, banking, or related consulting, including significant US market experience.
  • Deep expertise in FBO structures, money movement, safeguarding, settlement, reconciliation, and US payments regulation. Strong senior stakeholder management and executive presentation skills; experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs; sound analytical and commercial judgment.
  • Extensive interaction with senior leaders, specialist teams, financial partners, and external stakeholders, so strong communication and influence skills.
  • Clear, structured communication.

Desired:

  • Merchant or marketplace experience is over bank-only experience.
