Position: Senior SAP-RI Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FS-RI Consultant with strong expertise in Reinsurance Management. This role requires deep functional knowledge along with hands-on configuration experience in SAP FS-RI.

✅ Key Skills Required

Strong experience in SAP FS-RI (Reinsurance)
Expertise in:
- Treaty & Facultative Reinsurance
- Proportional & Non-Proportional Structures
- Ceded & Assumed Reinsurance
Experience with:
- Contract/Treaty setup & configuration
- Premium calculation, UPR, estimations
- Claims, recoveries, commissions & settlements
Strong understanding of Reinsurance Accounting
Experience in month-end / quarter-end / year-end close
Integration experience with SAP FS-CD & SAP FI
Ability to analyze posting logic & reconciliation issues
Experience in SIT, UAT & production support
Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
Mandatory Insurance/Reinsurance domain experience

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP FS-RI for reinsurance processes
Manage treaties, contracts, and participation structures
Handle premium calculations, postings, and financial activities
Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial & Business stakeholders
Support integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
Resolve defects, production issues & reconciliation gaps
Prepare functional specs, documentation & test scenarios
Ensure compliance with audit & regulatory standards

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience in Agile/Scrum is a plus
