Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the Goals Driven Wealth Management (GDWM) platform, a flagship Wealth Management solution serving High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

Required Skills

DevOps / SRE

• 8+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline development, automation, and release management.
• 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using:
• Terraform
• YAML
• Liquibase
• 3+ years of Azure Cloud Infrastructure experience with:
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Function Apps
• Azure Logic Apps
• 8+ years of Monitoring & Observability experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
• Grafana
• Prometheus
• KQL (Kusto Query Language)
• Azure Application Insights
• 3+ years of experience provisioning and managing container platforms, including:
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud-Native application development.
• Knowledge of:
• React.js
• Spring Boot
• Java

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues impacting service availability.
• Monitor system health and analyze metrics for performance tuning and fault isolation.
• Automate operational tasks and improve platform reliability, scalability, and availability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Communicate issue status, risks, and resolutions effectively to technical teams and management.
• Provide proactive operational support and reactive break-fix assistance.

Preferred Background

• Financial Services or Wealth Management domain experience.
• Strong understanding of production support, SRE practices, observability, and cloud operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Location Preference: Candidates willing to attend in-person interviews and work onsite in Chicago, IL (3 days/week).
