Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an ERP Supply Chain Business Analyst (BA) in Oakwood, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of Infor M3 and Outperform Planning as the company transitions from legacy systems
* Collaborate with supply chain, operations, technical teams, EDI, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholders to align business processes with system functionality
* Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for planning, scheduling, forecasting, and MRP workflows
* Facilitate master data management and validation activities across 23 plant locations
* Execute and manage UAT cycles, including test script creation, execution, and defect documentation
* Prepare training materials and support end-user enablement for upcoming go-lives
* Participate in on-site plant rollouts (travel required), supporting cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities leading up to the May 2026 go-live
* Assist with integrations, configuration discussions, data migration, and issue resolution with technical partners
* Support new initiatives including WMS implementation, PLM rollout, Power BI reporting development, and expanded EDI automation
* Ensure solutions leverage M3 out-of-the-box capabilities with minimal customizations

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of ERP or supply chain Business Analyst/functional experience
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes: demand planning, forecasting, MRP, production scheduling, inventory, and supply planning
* Hands-on involvement in ERP or advanced planning system implementations
* Strong analytical ability and experience working across multiple layers of the supply chain
* Experience supporting or building forecasting and demand planning processes

Preferred Experience:
* Infor M3 and/or Outperform Planning experience strongly preferred
* Experience with other planning tools (Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, o9, etc.) is a plus
* Background in process/manufacturing environments (food, beverage, or similar)
* Familiarity with EDI-driven environments (banking, logistics, customer ordering)
* Exposure to WMS, PLM, and Power BI reporting environments

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment and is comfortable bridging business and IT
* Should have strong functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to be hands-on across testing, data, training, and plant-level go-lives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
