Product Owner with Pega Smart Dispute

Introduction:

We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team with expertise in Pega Smart Dispute. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions in the Banking/Cards domain.

Responsibilities:

• Own backlog and prioritize features based on business value
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define product vision and roadmap
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality products
• Utilize Pega domain knowledge to design and optimize workflows and case management processes
• Handle Cards - Claims & Disputes, including Credit/Debit card dispute lifecycle using Pega Smart Dispute
• Manage chargebacks, fraud, and transaction disputes effectively

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Product Owner/Product Management experience
• Strong background in Pega domain with hands-on experience in Pega workflows and case management
• Expertise in Cards - Claims & Disputes, particularly in Credit/Debit card dispute lifecycle using Pega Smart Dispute
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Product Ownership or related field
• Knowledge of business process automation using Pega
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
