  • Lead project planning and milestone development across all active CMDB modernization workstreams in support of cPMO, FinOps, Cyber, Ops, and eITSM WIPT MVP and IOC deliverables.
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, requirements, timelines, and deliverables across all CMDB workstreams, maintaining a current risk registry, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating blockers that could impact WIPT MVP or IOC milestone delivery to the Contract Program Manager as appropriate.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, WIPT leads, and external partners to ensure alignment of technical execution with program priorities and charter commitments.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions, capture decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through across all active CMDB workstreams within the Period of Performance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and program documentation, tracking sprint velocity and program performance metrics to support Government oversight and reporting requirements on a regular cadence.
  • Support change management activities related to CMDB modernization, ensuring stakeholders across cPMO, Cyber, Ops, and eITSM portfolios are informed of scope, schedule, and impact changes.
  • Ensure CMDB modernization activities align with enterprise configuration management governance, data quality standards, and ITSM operational requirements.
  • Support sprint planning and retrospective activities, ensuring engineering teams have clear priorities, defined acceptance criteria, and resolved dependencies ahead of each sprint cycle.
