Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in electronics or industrial equipment, including automation or manufacturing systems.
- Hands-on experience in field service, technical support, or product support for physical equipment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and CAD software for technical tasks.
- Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month to customer sites for on-site support.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Prior field service or customer support experience is a plus.
- Spanish Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide field technical service and troubleshooting for industrial equipment, including installation, maintenance, repair, and software support.
- Coordinate with customers and equipment manufacturers to define specifications, resolve technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and execute test programs, create technical procedures, and deliver operation and software training to customers and internal staff.
- Support sales activities through technical consultations, machinery demonstrations, trade shows, and participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Maintain accurate service records and submit internal and manufacturer reports as required.
- Escalate technical issues appropriately and promptly communicate field updates to the Engineering Manager.
- Provide feedback to manufacturers to support continuous product and quality improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
