Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday integration frameworks.

  • Knowledge of Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON.

  • Experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Recruiting.

  • Understanding of inbound and outbound data integrations, file-based integrations, and data transformation.

  • Experience with SFTP, PGP encryption, and secure file transfers.

  • Proficiency in integration testing, debugging, error handling, and production support.

  • Familiarity with data mapping, reconciliation, and data validation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Integration certification or relevant Workday training.

  • Experience integrating Workday with external HR, payroll, benefits, and financial applications.

  • Knowledge of middleware platforms, cloud technologies, and integration monitoring tools.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and release management.

  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and automated deployment practices where applicable.
