Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with a strong background in Performance Engineering to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance performance testing and observability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with enterprise performance testing tools and hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automated root cause analysis.

Required Skills

12+ years of Performance Engineering experience
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Apache JMeter
Experience with Performance Center, NeoLoad, BlazeMeter, or k6
Strong knowledge of performance tuning, workload modeling, capacity planning, and bottleneck analysis
Experience with AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, or other APM/observability platforms
Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for performance engineering, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, or automated root cause analysis
Experience with Python or Java
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI is highly preferred
Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or cloud-native applications is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
