Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IVR Tester to evaluate and validate Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to ensure optimal functionality, usability, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience in IVR call flow testing, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Test IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications for functionality, performance, and usability.
- Validate call flows, prompts, routing logic, speech recognition, and DTMF inputs.
- Perform end-to-end testing of inbound and outbound IVR systems.
- Execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Verify multilingual prompts (English & Spanish) for accuracy, clarity, and proper flow.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and telecom teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
- Ensure IVR systems comply with customer experience and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IVR testing or telecom application testing.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of IVR call flows and routing logic.
- Experience with QA methodologies and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
