Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Duration: 4+ months contract with option to extend or hire

Job Description:

• Providing technical support and solutions to internal users.
• General desk top support
• Hardware/software support
• Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
• Responding to tickets
• Maintaining office technology
• Front facing customer service
• Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
• Backend office MS Office Support
• MS Intune
• Active Directory
• Remote management
• Incident Request Management

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
